Government Shut down - Ted Cruz and the Republican Villains of the Nation

URL - http://theghousediary.blogspot.com/2013/10/government-shut-down-ted-cruz-and.html

Yesterday, I asked if we have Republicans who have the balls to break ranks from GOP and speak up.
I am glad, there are two in these United States of America; John McCain and Peter King. It assures me that GOP is not 100% loaded with a herd, who will do whatever is told them to do.

The American Public including the moderate Republicans like me, are waiting to punish these idiots in 2014, they need to get ready for the slaughter in the 2014 elections. Slaughtering them is not good for the country, but the Public needs to tell them that they are sheepish, and don't give a crap about other Americans, and are not in connection with the the needs, wants and the sentiments of the American Public. They need to go, we need clean governance.

time for Republican extremists to be punished in 2014.

A few random notes I made on facebook:

MYTH ABOUT CHARITY

As a nation, collectively we are insured. We are protected from external attacks and for that we pay our armed forces, every American pays through Sales Tax or Income Tax. After that insurance, we have mandated auto insurance... and now we have mandated health insurance- this is the for the benefit of all Americans, not just who can afford, but all who want to be healthy and productive Citizens. We "give" billions in aid to other nations, what is wrong even if it were an aid to fellow Americans? Of course, health care is not charity, healthy Americans are good for America and would contribute to the overall well being of the nation.

-----------
Obama Care will be appreciated by those average Americans whose loved ones died or were not given much care due to affordability and pre-existing conditions. The primary responsibility of the government is the safety of her citizens, when it can count on productive contributing citizens... Finally, we have a president who had the vision to care about average Americans, Republicans have fought hard on every front =- but their belligerency and fighting the to the end of their life is insane. Obama care is the law.

--------
There are millions of Americans out there, whose life is precious - my fellow Republicans would them rather die because they cannot afford or pre-existing conditions would prevent them from care... yet they call themselves pro-life, that does not square with.

Tricia I am a Republican and I don't have to be a obedient follower of the party to be a loyalist - I am a loyalist to the principles of the party and not the rogue leadership our party is infested with.

--------
Barry, thanks for the note.
COULD not agree more with you - its a public forum, when we post for the public to see. If it is a private item, we should communicate privately.

Tricia, thanks for your note. I don't think any one is questioning your intelligence for you to defend it, I am your friend, and I will defend you. But what they are questioning is the limited understanding of GOP you have to push others to be excluded who differ with you. Neither you own the party nor I. We see GOP from different lenses - I moan the deviation from the principles, you seem to believe deviation is the norm.

--------------
Just because the GOP is top heavy with Loonies does not make GOP looney - we just have to speak up instead of becoming conformists for the sake of letting it run the the rogues in our party. We have to speak up.. I don't see the need to leave the party because of them. I will stick around and keep speaking...

Republicans will fall flat on their faces

As an American, and as a Republican moderate, it is disgusting to see the way a “few” Republicans are behaving in a shameless manner. They got nothing better to offer to the nation, and they don’t have a single good presidential candidate for 2016 with the exception of Rand Paul, who will tear their bigotry at the cost of his chances.

And now they are putting all their eggs in Benghazi – they will fall flat on their effing faces, if you compare to over 30 Benghazi’s during Bush, when they did not squeak.

Their attitude is like the hyena’s, if I don’t get it, let me bite into them and do the damage.  It is their desperation that is causing them to lose their senses, and they have a lot more to lose with that behavior. More and more Republicans will see their ugliness and will dump them in 2014 if they don’t get their act together

Obama is too civilized to show them his finger.

We the Republicans are losing everywhere, not necessarily because Obama is doing the right things, but because we are doing all the dumb and stupid things.

As a Republican, it is my duty to speak out against the non-sense in my party, and if we don't  guard the fall, then I will be letting us die a slow death. I am worried about 2014. I have a feeling we will lose a lot of these disgusting Republican Senators and Congressional Republicans.

Nearly 92% of Americans want background check on gun sales, and what do these idiots do, vote against it. On the top of it, on the equal pay for women 22 of these idiots in Senate and 138 in Congress vote against it. They simply don't get it and will lose big time in 2014. I hate to see that happen, we need to have each house in different party's hands, and with a simple majority and not a bully majority. Americans in general, and Republicans in particular need to dump these creeps.
We need our representative to represent our sentiments and our needs and not be sell themselves cheaply to lobbyists.

John McCain, Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham expressed their belligerence in the nomination process of Chuck Hagel and John Brennan. Obama is too civilized to show them his finger. Furthermore Obama does not want to waste time in engaging in unnecessary debates and that makes him a winner against these losers. Dianne Feisenstein had to literally tell Graham to shut up during the hearings.

Masters in Rudeness
There is not a day that goes by without a stupid comment from a Republican. The only saving grace is Rand Paul and Ted Cruz who fried Eric Holder in giving an answer. If I were Obama, I would tell Eric not to waste public’s money. If a question is asked, damn it give a straight answer and don’t dance around it. Just tell it like it is, we do not kill American Citizens on our land, any conditions, period.

We the Republicans were disgraceful in not acknowledging the lowering unemployment figures of 7.7%, we are so hateful towards Obama that we don’t’ even want to give him the credit. It is as if we wanted Americans to suffer and not have the job, we are on the path of self destruction. I hope we the moderates can speak out strongly and save our party.

Today some of the Republican nuts send me a link where Michelle Obama selected singer Adele to sing on her 50th birthday. Now they are picking on her. The Americans have voted them in, and simply accept it. She is not doing anything different than Laura, Barbara, Nancy, Rosalyn or Jackie. I think we should rise above pettiness.

When we don't have something substantial, we resort to these. I am the best thing Republicans can ever get; I do not praise them when they display their stupidities, and I speak up and keep waking them up so they don’t lose out big in 2014.

We cannot afford jerks like Bachman itching non-stop to defund Obama care, it is there, accept it and move on. Don’t waste our time in chasing the losing causes. I really feel sorry for the Minnesotans for electing her.

Mike Ghouse is a moderate Republican, who see through the stupidities of the party and speaks out. He cares about checks and balances and does not want the Republican Party to be slaughtered in 2014. We need to have strong two party systems to have stability in our policies.

So fucking what if John Brenan is a Muslim

SO FUCKING WHAT IF JOHN BRENAN IS A MUSLIM?

As a Muslim I am sick of the radicals among us, and as a Republican I am sick of the radicals among us. The one gratifying fact is, we can find them all quarantined in one cess pool of GOP. Thank God much of the GOP is clean, and it is time for us to pray for these sickos.

URL - http://republicanmoderates.blogspot.com/2013/02/so-fucking-what-if-john-brenan-is-muslim.html

It is time for us, chicken shit moderate Republicans to speak up before they ruin the GOP and lose the house in 2014. We need Patriotic Republicans to speak up for the sake of our nation. The majority of us Republicans are good, caring sensible moderate humans.

As a Muslim, I was sick of the radicals among us who attempted to take over and represent Islam with their extremism label, and it took us nearly ten years to condemn them to retreat. We still have many years to subdue them, but we do have the balls to do it over a period of time for the sake of common good of humanity. This is the decade of moderation, and caring for the whole humanity.

As a Republican, I will do my share of the common good and urge fellow Republicans to do the same; we owe it to our nation to preserve a strong two party system through legitimate arguments and discussions. We need to speak out against filth, and shout out against the rhetoric like John Brenan is a Muslim, so what if he is? What the fuck is your problem?

Statistically these radicals are insignificant in numbers; they are not even a sample to call them a representation of the group. It would be dumb on our part to encourage them to believe that they express the sentiments of the people, they are not, and we need the polls.  Whether they are Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Republicans or Democrats or the other, they will continue to terrorize the majority of their respective group, if we let them.

Not a day goes without some dumb-ass fellow Republican making an ass of himself and sadly herself as well. I was going to write a journal on the stupidities of my party members… then gave up; it will take up all day long. I do hope more and more Americans will see the ugliness.

It is time for Chris Christie, John Huntsman, Colin Powell and their likes to jump in. I do expect President Obama and Speaker Boehner to speak out against this, wouldn't you?

First they came for Muslims, and I did not speak up,
because I was not one of "them";

Then  they came for Jews, and I did not speak up,
because I was not one of "them".

They exhausted Mexicans, African Americans and Catholics,
and I did not care, because I was a protestant.

Finally they ambushed me, and shamelessly I am cursing at the others
for not giving a shit about me.

I have rarely used an expletive, that is not me, but I could not express my frustration without these words, I cannot see my America shattered by the few ugly ones.

Republicans Need to back off attacking Hillary Clinton

It will be to their detriment and ultimately to the detriment of the nation.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is being grilled by the house foreign relations committee… as an American, I applaud this process; no one is free from Criticism, and she needs to answer all the questions diligently. This is how democracy works and I am proud of our democracy. Hillary needs to answer and she will tell the truth, but don't play dirty politics, it will be to the detriment of Republicans.

However I condemn the dirty politics played by a few stinking Republicans, just a few dirty rats, they could not get over the idea of a Black man heading the nation and to show that they are not, they are sticking the worst guys in our face like that bigot Allen West and others.  A majority of Americans are happy that we have one of the greatest presidents.

They tried to nail Obama over Benghazi including McCain, the American public said, screw you Republicans, and sure as hell voted for Obama with a higher margin ever.

Now they will do everything to derail Hillary's chances, and are attempting to stick Benghazi on Hillary, it will not stick; the Americans already have their middle finger ready to show to my fellow Republicans who have 26% approval rating. Do the idiots get it? No. We have four Americans dead, while the CIA is working on finding the criminals; Republicans are bent on making Hillary the scape goat. She is firm and fair, and in the end Republicans (those) will pay for it dearly in 2014.

Hillary is the most capable national and international leader now, thank God, she is a woman, and we need a woman president to complete American transaction of living the vision of the immortal declaration by our founding fathers, that all men are created equal.  That will make America God's own country, where every American is treated fairly. There is not a Republican who can match her abilities to run this nation. If there is one, it would be either John Huntsman or Colin Powell and other radicals will not make it, unless they are sensitized and are given lessons in math and biology.

I am a Republican and am embarrassed with the way, a few assess in my party act. I will get on board with Colin Powell, John Huntsman, Chris Christie and a few other great Republicans with whom I relate. We have to be bold to save the GOP from these extremists.

We need to preserve our democracy by having a strong two party system - meaning one house remains with the Republicans and the other with Democrats - both with bare majority - we need them to fight, argue and discuss and do the right thing, rather than slam dunking or becoming a hindrance to the good bills.

Here is what moderate Republican sounds like:

Republican Party and Mike Ghouse

Republican party and Mike Ghouse's commitment
URL http://theghousediary.blogspot.com/2012/11/republican-party-and-mike-ghouse.html

I have been a Republican for nearly 25 years and will remain one. There is not a day, I have not been questioned for being a Republican, many simply cannot fathom that a guy like me with an inclusive pluralistic attitude can be a Republican.

Yes, I am a Republican, a moderate one, like the majority of us in every group. The few loud mouths in my party do not represent the central values of the party. Some one even said, "they will not allow you to speak up". My response was who is they? The party is open to every one, it is my party as much as it is Carl Rove's party.

Despite the problems I may face as I embark on the journey of putting the party back on the right track, to represent Americans, not just one homogenous group, but every American, I will not let any one harass me and I will not put up with any one's rants.

Those of you who are not Republicans, do sincerely wish that the party drops its anti-stance on women, gays and lesbians, atheists, Muslims, Hindus, immigrants and others, and wish a softening of their attitudes towards African Americans. Unless some one speaks up, how do you expect the change? There are better speakers than me, and that is good news, together we all can restore the party to be the party of the people.

To the skeptics, I am not a token, nor will I ever be. I earn my place where I want, rather than a easy way out elsewhere. I am committed to do my share of work and leave the results to the good energy.

I believe in the original ideals of the party. Carl Rove, Michelle Bachman, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Rudy Guiliani, John McCain, Tim Pawlenty and Paul Ryan do not represent the central values of the party, they are Republicans alright, but on the far right.

I am more like Chris Christie, Arnold Schwartznegger, Collin Powell, Joe Scarborough, and John Huntsman kind of Republican. I am searching for these folks to build a coalition to bring the Republican party to the center, to represent the values of most Americans.

Since the lies that led to the Iraq war, I have not been kind to President Bush or Vice President Dick Cheney. There are many who are not kind to them, and many a Republicans have given them a free pass, which should not have happened. I am not kind to John McCain either. If you don't agree, welcome to the world of freedom of speech. You have a right to curse me or chew me out, but I expect you to give me facts and not bullshit.

I am as committed as you are, to have the party represent an average American. Our approaches are different, but the goal is same. I don't typically agree with Guilliani, but he said something right today - that the party should mind its own effing business and keep out of the bedrooms, to that I would add, keep out of the vaginas and religion as well. Let freedom prevail.

This is my index page, and I will be listing all the articles and my speeches that I wrote in the last few years with a an abstract summary and the link. I will list as many as I can find... It may take me a few weeks to pull them all together. I have just opened this inded today. November 8, 2010.

Republican internal dialouge has begun

The dialogue has just begun between conservative and moderate Republicans, I intend to do my share of work in bringing moderation and inclusive pluralistic attitudes to GOP.

Here is my first post elections write up in Dallas Morning News, published priort to counting.

Dallas County Republican Party

  • Mike Ghouse Mike, we have to work on fixing our party for 2016
  • Mike Lee Our party is not broken. Does it have its flaws and problems? Of course, but so does the other party - and, frankly, so does any worldly institution.
  • Mike Ghouse Mike, our party is not broken, but good republicans don't speak up when extremists among us make dumb statements, it gives the impression that all of us are uncouth. We have to speak up boldly and not let mediocrity prevail. Thanks
  • Renee J Cameron It is not the Party. Something is wrong when a good man like Allen West is most likely going to be defeated, yet, Jessie Jackson Jr., in rehab, wins in a landslide.
  • Mike Ghouse There you go Renee, have you seen Allen from a common man's point of view? He is a divider and an extremist. I respectfully differ with you, but its men like him that bring shame to our party.
  • Mike Ghouse Unless we openly talk and not shy away, we wallow in mediocrity, thank God Americans gave respect to our party with nearly 50% vote instead of a massacre, after all that flip flopping Romney did.
  • Renee J Cameron Not to mention - How on earth could 50% of the voters re-elect a man who has done nothing but damage our country economically and drastically weakens our national security, over a man of such integrity and competence as Romney?! No wallowing here... Just pointing out we have a challenge ahead, but it starts with understanding the mind-set of the electorate, not blaming our candidates.
  • Susan Fountain allen west is an honorable man and a patriot.
    30 minutes ago via mobile · Like · 1
  • Renee J Cameron Wow. Mike... Calling Allen West an extremist. Not in my eyes. He is a hero, a uniter, and a wonderful role model.
  • Timothy Matheny Personally, I think the republican party is being subverted by people who want to continuously move to the center on every issue so that we soon look like the old democratic party.
  • Renee J Cameron Once again, Thank you, MIKE LEE, for stepping up to the plate and running for office. All the best to you!
  • Mike Lee Let me be clear - I DID NOT post what I posted for the purpose of my post being used to debate the merits of other Republicans.
  • Mike Lee Thank you, Renee!
  • Timothy Matheny And, I was remiss...thanks for running Mike!
  • Mike Ghouse Renee, we need not be blinded in how we see things, we need to hear a different point of view, so we don't live in darkness. Allen West is no uniter. He tells things that appease a few, he does not have a larger appeal. If it were not for party loyalty, most Republican would not support him... need to take a poll to find out. thanks
  • Renee J Cameron Once again, Thank you, MIKE LEE, for stepping up to the plate and running for office. All the best to you!
