Pat Robertson’s nasty comment and Muslim Speaker’s response

Mr. Robertson, more than the Muslims, Jesus would be disappointed in you severely. The role of religious leaders is to mitigate conflicts and nurture goodwill, and he called out “Blessed are the Peacemakers.” Leaders invoke civility in the society, so members of the society can live in peace and without apprehension and I urge you to be at least a peace maker, if not the blessed one.
I urge Muslims to follow the Prophet’s formula of mitigating conflicts and nurturing goodwill and not be offended with Mr. Robertson’s comments. Prophet was a mercy to mankind, and it is time for us to collectively follow him and be kind and gentler towards any one who is nasty towards us.
Mr. Roberston, what did you do this morning?
You pit Christian Americans against Muslim Americans? Do you cherish Americans living in tensions? Do you get paid for that, do the dumb and dumber ones donate more money to you? Shame on them to encourage you to be a rascal. If you need money badly to do good things, we can pitch in for you, but don’t invoke the baseness in fellow humans. Please don’t be an embarrassment to Christianity, the man who sacrificed his life should not be misrepresented. I pray for you to become a blessed peace maker and join me in created a safe and secure America for every one of us.
Mr. Robertson, Religion is not the problem!
None of us had a religion before, and each one of us was given guidance to live in peace and harmony with oneself and with others. A majority of the people got that message of religions right, and a few creeps did not, and it is our role to help every one restore peace. Is it not?
But when bad things happen, who do you blame, religion or the creeps?
Let me show you what happens.
When we blame the creeps, what happens? We will hunt them down wherever we can find them, and punish them according to the laws of the land and restore trust in the society, so no one can live in apprehension or tensions. What a relief it is to stop the bad guy!
If you blame the religion on the other hand, what happens? Nothing happens! It is the dumbest thing to blame the religion, is it not?
Religion is not a being, not a thing, not a body, for Christ’s sake, it is an intangible item. You cannot shoot, kick, beat, thrash, hang, kill or bury it. It does not do any good and no problem will be solved except aimless barking.
Problem remains, people will continue to remain apprehensive and fearful of each other. Let’s find solutions to these problems instead of barking at religion.
I have said this on Stuart Varney show, Hannity Show, and given many speeches on the topic and have written it umpteen times. It is down right stupid to blame religion. God willing, I will get on Fox and Friends or any show and start talking about it.
God willing a full article will be written on the topic.
“Today on “The 700 Club,” Pat Robertson said that countries like Belgium and France must respond with “violence” to the “infection” of Muslim immigrants, telling his co-host Terry Meeuwsen that these countries must fight Islam in the same way that a body fights a deadly disease.” Otherwise, “Europe is doomed. Doomed!” he said, before adding: “And we have a president here in America who refuses to name it, refuses to identify it and refuses to give us what’s needed to kill the infection.”

Sean Hannity and Mike Ghouse on Radio about Muslims are America's best anti-terror weapon.

My talking points:

As an American who believes in limited government, resents intrusions in one’s life and resists invasion of liberty, I think this idea of police presence in “Muslim areas” is downright stupid.

Let me tell you why, we had 355 mass murderers in 2015 in a population of 322 million Americans that equals 1.1 mass murderers for every million Americans. There are 4 Million Muslims in America, and if we go by proportionality there should have been 4.4 Muslim mass murderers, but there was only one in San Bernardino.

The more we integrate, the more we become one; we rise and fall together in goodness and crimes. It is senseless to allocate our resources for this one guy and ignore 354 mass murderers, who are part of the mainstream Americans.

Should I cry over the low intelligence of Ted Cruz? Has anyone checked out his IQ or Trump’s?  Where did he come up with the idea of “Muslim Neighborhoods?” There is no such thing as Muslim neighborhood, with the exception of a few neighborhoods in Texas, Muslims live amidst all other Americans in regular normal neighborhoods, and that is the right thing to do. But there is no exclusive Muslim neighborhood that I can find.

I was a manger for a home builder in Carrollton, Texas, and in phase 1, we built 113 Homes, the mosque was on the other side of the street.  Only three families bought homes there for elderly couples to walk to the Mosque.

Congressman –Peter King’s investigation of Mosques in New York fell flat on his face. They had agents Planted in the Mosques in New York, they could not find any evidence of the extremism, the report says.

By the way, Muslims get double shaft every time a terrorist blows himself up and hurts other innocent by standers. First they become suspect and second their religion gets maligned.  Muslims should be appreciated, because of the doubling down on them, they go the extra length to report, check with FBI, and nearly 2/3rds of bad guys were reported by Muslims.  We don’t want any one of those turds amidst us. We have a greater interest in getting rid of them than anyone else.

The New York Post writes, “By refusing to step up legitimate, community-oriented policing in Muslim neighborhoods, we’re doing a disservice to our Muslim citizens.” That is bull crap, 345 mass murderers from the mainstream community and one from the Muslims community are embedded among us, it is dumb to focus on one and ignore 354.

I severely criticize the dumbness of this statement “This threat may have originated in the Middle East, but after Paris, San Bernardino and Brussels, we know that our enemies are now embedded among us. If it’s politically incorrect to go searching for terrorists where we can reasonably expect terrorists to be, then political correctness will kill us.

That is bull crap, 345 mass murderers from the mainstream community and one from the Muslims community is embedded among us, it is dumb to focus on one and ignore 354.

Jesus, Martin Luther King and Protesters are feathers of the same bird, and I salute them.

Mike Ghouse
Some of you may detest protesters and use an authoritarian language to describe them, and you should be ashamed of your attitude. Without protesters we would have ruthless dictators, monarchs and bullies ruining the nations, societies, communities and the families. The rights you have taken for granted today came to you because of the protesters at one time who were hated and persecuted, but they stood like a rock like MLK.
1My friend and I chanced at the MLK memorial last week on the anniversary week when he was silenced. We have to honor him for releasing America from the guilt of oppression that would have haunted us Americans, the way we treated fellow Americans who were black, poor and weak was shameful. I walked through the complex and captured his quotes inscribed on the marble walls. Said a silent prayer thanking him for what America is today.
None of the immigrants would have come to America had it not been for MLK and civil rights act. I would not have come to America, if I had to sit in the back of the bus or get humiliated to drink water from a different fountain or not allowed to eat in a restaurant. We the immigrants, all of us from all over the globe thank MLK for that.
Now take a look at the history.
Was George Washington a conformist? Wasn’t he a protester? Did the British leave because he said so? Did they all write the constitution without protests from one or the other? Wasn’t Zoroaster, Confucius, Moses, Krishna, Buddha, Muhammad, Nanak, Bab and many more great individuals, the protesters? For God’s sake they changed the societies through their protests, none of them were conformists.
MikeGhouse-MLK-MemorialPlease don’t look down at the protesters at Trump, Clinton, Sanders or any rallies. They have the balls to stand up for us the chickens, instead of looking down at them; we should admire them for holding the fort of freedom and democracy. Almost all the laws and amendments we have in place is because of the protesters. When I see the protesters around the Capitol Hill, which is daily, I will stop and appreciate them for doing it, even though I disagree with their cause.
Next time, any one puts down the protesters anywhere, let them know that they should be grateful to the protesters like our founding fathers who have given them the freedom to speak up.

Religious freedom wins in Malaysia, re-conversion to Christianity is a landmark ruling.
Washington, D.C., April 6, 2016 —  The World Muslim Congress welcomes the landmark ruling by a High Court in Malaysia that recognized the  freedom of religion is a fundamental human right.
The right to follow one’s conscience is the God given right of every human.  When Adam was given the choice to eat or not eat the forbidden fruit with the given set of consequences, Adam ‘chose’ to eat the fruit. God could have stopped him, but God wanted to set an example of living up his own word and what freedom should mean until the human race lives on.

The court struck down a decades-long government policy that had made it tough for Christian converts to renounce their former Islamic faith without the consent of an Islamic court. The had another great judgment in the case of Lina Joy.
The Association of Churches in Sarawak praised the decision “as a ratification of the fundamental right to freedom of religion in Malaysia,” Herald Malaysia andChristian Today reported.
“This judgment reaffirms the supremacy of the Federal Constitution, which under Article 11 defends every Malaysian citizen’s right to freedom of religion,” the group said.
High Court judge Yew Jen Kie of the Kuching High Court, Sarawak state granted the petition of Rooney Rebit asking judicial authorities to declare that his belief in Jesus Christ was a fundamental human right.
Rebit, 41, from a village in Sarawak, was born a Christian but was converted to Islam by his parents when he was about 10 years old and renamed Azmi Mohamad Azam.
Judge Yew ruled that Rebit is “free to exercise his right to freedom of religion and he chose Christianity.”
Indeed, Mr. Rebit is free to exercise his right to freedom; the Quran says 2:256, “… Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error …” This is Islam’s unambiguous affirmation of freedom of faith, which also applies to changing of faith. The Qur’an illuminates before the humanity the two highways [90:10], one of which leads to salvation. Islam is an invitation to the highway toward salvation, but it is based on FREEDOM OF CHOICE (http://apostasyandislam.blogspot.com/).”
We applaud the ruling as it clarifies the propaganda that Muslims compel others to stay in their fold through coercion and compulsion, which was never true or Islamic, even though it was practiced by a few Muslims.
We appreciate the efforts of the Government of Malaysia to uphold the inalienable rights of her citizens, which are God given and inherently Islamic.  We seek God’s guidance in helping us restore the pristine Islam of freedom, justice and mercy to mankind. Amen!
