Human Rights are more important than the sovereignty of nations

What it means is, that a nations’ sovereignty is inferior to the sovereignty of human rights. Human rights are more important than nations or religious rights.
What it means for Saudi Arabia is, that they have to honor the inalienable rights of individuals over the laws of the nation or religion, any religion for that matter. Nothing is greater than the inalienable rights of individuals.

In our land, we have come a long way, but more to go. Little men like Trump attempt to mess it, but all of them come and go, and our constitution remains an enduring value for ages to come, and we have to defend it no matter what sacrifices we have to make. Mike Ghouse

Not good for Israel - Netanyahu, Obama and Clinton

They and Netanyahu are not good for Israel's long term security. They are messing with Israel's long term security, faking to secure it. The sane and wise but silent majority of Jews will not agree with them and I wish they speak up. I wish I can make the time to write about it.

If the United Nations were to place “Cease fire” for vote today, more than likely, 178 nations will vote yes, and five will go against it including the United States, Israel and a few dependent nations. Do you think the people of the 178 nations feel resentment and bitterness toward the powerful? This is not good for Jews or Israel and the world in the long haul.

The retaliatory actions taken by Netanyahu, and endorsed by Obama are detrimental to Israel’s security in the long run. Their actions do not mitigate conflicts, but flare up and prolong the eternal dream of Jews to live in peace and security. Not only that, they massively contribute to the growing  Antisemitism which has been the very reason for the suffering of Jews for over 3000 years. 


Injustice against the weak will not go un-reacted to, the only thing the people around the world will feel is build resentment towards the United States and certainly events like this will contribute to  Antisemitism.

Human Rights; Islam & Muslims

The Southern Methodist University students association organized an evening event on Human rights from Muslim perspective. Dr. Imam Yusuf Zia Kavacki and I were the speakers.

It was an honor for me to speak with Dr. Kavacki, who is considered an eminent Scholar on Islam in America. He is establishing an institution of higher learning in Islam here in Richardson, Texas. We were a complement to each other and his reinforcement of my statements was a pleasure indeed.

The question answer session was filled with enthusiastic questions; about Madinah Pact, Hijab, Punishment, and Serving mankind without discrimination. We addressed the issues and I will put together some notes about these.

The Cairo summit adopted the Universal Human rights declaration of the United Nations in August 1990 with small modifications.

The following video was inspirational to me and adopted a few ideas from it, it is about 45 minutes and the speaker is powerful. The speech has got a few commercials injected in between. It is worth your 45 minutes.
